1. Requirement review: Tell us the target market, product model, quantity, application, target price, required certifications and customization. We confirm feasibility and identify any technical or regulatory questions before quoting.
2. Quotation and specification confirmation: The quotation should identify the exact model, configuration, MOQ, sample terms, customization cost, production lead time, packaging and trade terms. Wireless products require confirmation of the destination market and permitted frequency band.
3. Sample evaluation: Where available, samples can be arranged for functional, audio and market testing. Customized samples, artwork or tooling may require additional time and cost. Bulk production should begin only after the agreed sample and specifications are approved.
4. Artwork and packaging approval: Buyers provide logo and packaging files in the requested format. Product labels, manuals, carton marks and compliance information are reviewed before printing. Final artwork approval helps prevent production errors.
5. Production and quality control: Inspection requirements are agreed according to the product and order. Checks may include specification verification, functional and audio testing, appearance inspection, accessories, labeling, packaging and quantity. Third-party inspection can be discussed when required.
6. Delivery and after-sales coordination: We confirm the production status, packing information and export documents before shipment. Warranty, spare parts, troubleshooting materials and distributor support are defined according to the product and order agreement.
