Define the application before the model

Record whether the system is for performance, speech, rental, worship, conference, education or installation. Define the required handheld, bodypack, headset or lavalier combinations and the maximum number of systems that must operate together.

Confirm the legal frequency range and local licensing rules for every destination market before approving inventory. Frequency suitability cannot be assumed from a generic UHF description.

Request RF evidence, not only range claims

Ask for the exact tuning range, selectable-frequency method, receiver architecture, antenna arrangement, output connections, transmitter power options and simultaneous-system guidance. Confirm which values apply to the shipped version.

For multi-system projects, evaluate antenna placement, distribution, cable loss and frequency coordination as one system. A long-distance test in an empty area does not prove stable operation in a crowded venue.

Run a repeatable sample test

Test every receiver channel and transmitter. Walk the real venue, introduce body blocking, change antenna positions and operate the planned number of systems simultaneously. Check audio output, mute behavior, battery reporting, startup, scanning or synchronization and recovery after interruption.

Record the frequency plan, accessories, power supply, transmitter type and test conditions. Keep the approved sample as the reference for repeat orders.

Approve the complete wholesale package

Confirm MOQ, lead time, packaging, manuals, plug type, warranty, spare transmitters, replacement capsules or cables, branding scope and carton data. For OEM projects, approve panel artwork and every included accessory.
